Orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours unless a Pre Order item. Our delivery service we use is Evri which aim to deliver to you within 2-4 business days with this service you will receive a confirmation email.

Pre Order

Some of our items are Pre Order only. You will be notified before your purchase that your item is preorder before going ahead. Pre order items usually take between 5-7 days for stock to be delivered to use will then aim to dispatch within the same day.

 

Returns

We are more than happy to accept returns on items that are still in original packaging unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You will have a returns form within your order to help with your returns. You have 14 days to do this. Postage is to be paid by buyer. Shipping costs are also non refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your item we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your parcel, if it has been approved we aim to refund you within 3 working days (depending on your card issuer policies.)
